ISO 3452-1 Type 1 Test Panel

Detection sensitivity: Evaluate whether the penetrant can detect minor defects by detecting star shaped cracks on the test block.
Cleanability: By measuring the roughness area on the test block, determine the ease of cleaning the penetrant on the rough surface.
Structure and Parameters
Kit composition: A set of 4 brass plates with electroplating thicknesses of 10 μ m, 20 μ m, 30 μ m, and 50 μ m.
Regional division of labor: Each test block is divided into two parts:
Chrome plated area: There are 5 star shaped cracks used for sensitivity evaluation.
·Rough area: with a roughness of Ra 2.5 μ m to 15 μ m, used for washability measurement.
Applicable type:
10 μ m, 20 μ m, and 30 μ m test blocks: used for fluorescent penetrants.
30 μ m and 50 μ m test blocks: used for coloring penetrants.

Guaranteed to be equivalent to both Sherwin and Magnaflux supplied panels.
